Terms of Service for One-Click Database Deployment Software (DBDeploy)

1. Service Description​

1.1 DBDeploy (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a professional database deployment tool developed and operated by Aaron Qing Liming (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").

1.2 The Service is designed to help users perform database deployment and management tasks more efficiently.

2. User Eligibility​

2.1 Users of the Service must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have full legal capacity
  • Agree to comply with these Terms of Service

2.2 Users may not transfer, lend, or allow others to use their accounts.

3. Subscription Services​

3.1 The Service offers multiple subscription plans:

  • Pay-per-use
  • Monthly subscription
  • Annual subscription
  • Lifetime subscription

3.2 Subscription Fees:

  • All prices are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY)
  • Prices may be adjusted at any time, with prior notice
  • Subscribed users' prices remain unchanged during their subscription period

3.3 Subscription Renewal:

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions will be charged automatically 24 hours before expiration
  • Users may cancel auto-renewal at any time
  • Upon cancellation, the subscription will not renew after the current period ends

4. Refund Policy​

4.1 Refund Conditions:

  • Since the software is available for immediate use upon purchase, refunds will be processed upon request.

4.2 Refund Process:

  • Submit a refund request via email (aaronqlm@icloud.com)
  • Provide proof of purchase and reason for refund
  • We will process refund requests within 3 business days

5. User Responsibilities​

5.1 Users shall:

  • Safeguard account information
  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities
  • Not interfere with the normal operation of the Service

5.2 Users shall not:

  • Crack or modify the software
  • Spread malicious code
  • Engage in any behavior that may harm the Service

6. Service Availability​

6.1 We commit to:

  • Providing 99.9% service availability
  • Conducting regular system maintenance and updates
  • Promptly addressing known issues

6.2 Service Interruptions:

  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
  • No liability for service interruptions due to force majeure
  • Subscription periods will be extended appropriately for interruptions exceeding 24 hours

7. Data Security​

7.1 We commit to:

  • Implementing industry-standard security measures to protect user data
  • Not accessing user data without authorization
  • Conducting regular security audits and updates

7.2 User Data:

  • Users are responsible for backing up important data
  • We are not liable for data loss
  • Users must ensure their data complies with relevant regulations

8. Intellectual Property​

8.1 Ownership of the Service:

  • All intellectual property rights (software, trademarks, patents, etc.) belong to us
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Users may not reverse-engineer or crack the software

9. Disclaimer​

9.1 We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions due to force majeure
  • Losses caused by improper user operations
  • Losses caused by third-party services

10. Modifications to Terms​

10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms:

  • Changes will be notified via in-app messages or email
  • Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms
  • Users may terminate the Service if they disagree with the modifications

11. Dispute Resolution​

11.1 Dispute Resolution Methods:

  • Priority given to amicable negotiation
  • Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction
